Wales will be taking the following teams to this fixture;
U17, U20 & Senior (2 Men, 2 Women in each category).

Selection will be made as of 13/11/2011. Athletes are encouraged to compete in either;
Gwent Cross Country League, Bath – 13/11/2011, 
McCain Bristol Cross Challenge - 13/11/2011, 
North Wales Cross Country League - 12/11/2011 in Deeside.
