The 2008/09 Oval Liability Insurance is attached, which outlines cover for all affiliated Federations, Regional Bodies and all affiliated clubs/associations. The policy takes effect from 31 October 2008 for the period to 30 October 2009.
Please be aware of the addition that coaches can now work outside the affiliated network and still be covered by the insurance.
NOTE: The situation is that a coach must be acting on behalf of a club or other affiliated organisation. If the activity is away from the club i.e. in a gym or hall the coach is covered providing this is a club activity.
