Membership of the company shall be open to the following:
- a Representative of each Club;
- a representative from each of the Regional Athletics Councils;
- the Honorary President;
- members of the Board of directors;
- a representative of the Welsh Schools' Athletic Association;
- the Honorary Vice Presidents;
- Life Members of the Company; and
- other individuals approved by the Board
