The new TRX Challenge Series (Track, Road, X-Country) will involve Welsh Championships track, cross country and road endurance events to find the most versatile long-distance runner in Wales.
The TRX Challenge Series will:
- Open to all Welsh registered athletes
- Enhance the profile of endurance events across Wales
- Improve the participation levels of endurance events and raise the performance standards in the sector
- Develop a new, challenging competition for Welsh endurance athletes

Welsh Road Relays Championships
- Athletes must run 6 of the 14 events and at least one in each terrain group
- Points awarded to the top 50 placed finishers in each event (for both genders)
- Cash prizes for the top 5 ranked men and women
