Amy joined the Competition team in March, to develop the competition pathway and infrastructure in North Wales so that it is sustainable alongside the club structure. Also working alongside the 3 North Wales school districts, the pathways that exist within them and how to overcome barriers to participation that may exist for schools and pupils. Whilst also looking at the sustainability of officials/volunteer perspective.
