We are delighted to be hosting the Beast of Bryn 2024 (Bwystfil Y Bryn)
This race was first established by BRAG (Bryn Residents Action Group) in 2011 and quickly grew in size and reputation. It was put on hold for a few years then re-started in 2022 as the Covid-19 restrictions eased. At this point, the management of the event was outsourced to Run Afan but for 2024, this has been brought back in-house and will once again be fully managed by BRAG. We have two distances to choose from – 6.5 mile or 10 mile. The route passes through the mountains of Afan Argoed, with stunning views throughout
