Session led by Dan Nash (GB and Wales endurance athlete, world 50k bronze medallist and PhD candidate in Exercise Physiology)

A two-part webinar exploring the Physiology of endurance running including theory and practical applications. Each session will be made up of a presentation (20 mins) and a Q&A (10 mins). This session is suitable for endurance coaches of all backgrounds and helps to build on and consolidate the current UKA coaching qualifications. Details of Part One.

  • Building a training programme- what mix of sessions do I need?
  • Understanding the balance between stress and recovery
