Hannah got into running completely by accident and realised that she had to make a life change to increase her physical and mental health. On her first ever run she managed one lap of the local park, with a lot of walking and a bit of crying, before realising she absolutely loved it!

Since then she has run thousands of miles and blogged about her endeavours with brutal honesty. Before she knew it there was enough content for a book which became "No Run Intended" an amazon best seller.

Now she combines her passion for running with her role as a Run activator, helping hundred of people benefit from running the way she has.
