Welsh Athletics Junior Indoor Open Day 1

This event is an Open meeting but is incorporating the regional championships for South Wales, East Wales, West Wales, & South West England
Codes to be selected for your region:
EWA = East Wales
WWA = West Wales
SWA = South Wales
ENG = South West England - PLEASE NOTE THIS DOES NOT COVER ALL ENGLAND CLUBS ONLY SOUTH WEST
JGP = Junior Open = (JGP) - This code is to be selected for all athletes not associated to he above regions

AGE GROUPS: U13, U15 & U17 only (U20 & U11 ARE NOT PERMITTED TO COMPETE IN THIS EVENT)

EVENTS AVAILABLE PER AGE GROUP:
U13B: 200m, High Jump, Shot Put.
U13G: 200m, High Jump, Long Jump.
U15B: 200m, 300m, High Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put.
U15G: 200m, 300m High Jump, Triple Jump, Long Jump.
U17M: 200m, 400m, High Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put.
U17W: 200m, 300m High Jump, Triple Jump.
AMB: Long Jump, Shot Put, Seated Shot - Ambulant athletes only.
CLOSING DATE: THURSDAY 21ST NOVEMBER @ 23:59
MAX EVENTS: Athletes allowed max 3 events only [this event]
ENTRY FEES: 1 Event =£8.50 , 2 Events £16.00 3 Events £20.00
FIELD EVENT CAP: 40 athletes total, this helps with timetables and event pools when over a certain entry number.
ALL TRACK EVENTS: NO FINALS, all races are timetrials ALL medals will be awarded to the fastest 3 athletes in each region
ALL FIELD EVENTS: Will have 3 trials except High Jump
REGIONAL MEDALS: Will be awarded to the first 3 ranked athletes in each age group for both track and field events.
All entrants shall be deemed to have made him/herself familiar with, and agreed to be bound by the UKA Anti-Doping Rules and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules. The UKA Anti-Doping Rules apply to entrants participating in the sport of Athletics, for 12 months from the [date of entry], whether or not the entrant is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK. [UKA website link]. Any athlete wishing to retire from the sport of athletics must put this in writing to the club and England Athletics and cancel any applicable membership. Official retirement will remove the athlete from being under the auspices of UKA’s anti-doping rules.
