We are delighted to be hosting the Beast of Bryn 2023 (Brwystfil Y Bryn)
We have 2 distances to choose – 7.5 mile & 15 mile! The route runs through the mountains of Afan Argoed and Margam and stunning views throughout. Open to new and seasoned runners. Set yourself a challenge for 2023!
