The 2008 East Wales Cross Country Championships will be incorporated into the first Gwent Cross Country League fixture, to be held at Newbridge Fields, Bridgend on Sunday 12th October 2008, from which teams for the Welsh Inter Region Cross Country Championships (& Masters) Saturday 13th December in Wrexham will be selected.
