Wales take a strong team North to the inter area match against the North, South and the Midlands. Ian Mitchell, back from warm weather training in South Africa is wearing a Welsh vest for the first time in a year after injury problems. Matt Janes, fresh from his 67 minute half marathon debut in Marrakech last Sunday will be looking for a strong performance over 5 miles. They are ably backed up by Marc Hobbs, Matt Shone, Owain Matthews and Mark Jennings
The womens field is headed by Cath Dugdale making a move onto the roads and looking for a good performance after winning the Lliswerry 8 last Sunday. Cath is supported by Emma Parry, Marilyn Kitching and Claire Conway.
