1. 2009 Welsh road running championships over (a) 5km, (b) 10km, (c) 10 Miles (d) Half marathon.
2. 2009 Inter Area match (against N. of E. A.A., S of E.A.A and Midlands A.A.).

The closing date for applications is 30^th September, 2008 and should be sent to the Welsh Athletics Office”.
