The format of the day will be structured into the following sections:
09.30 Arrival
10.00 Session 1, first activity based on the five rings model
10.45 Break
11.00 Guest Speaker
12.30 Lunch – event groups
13.30 Session 2, second activity based on the five rings model
14.45 Break
15.00 Session 3, event discussion groups with National Coaches
17.00 Summary
17.30 Depart

Regional Squad Dates/Venues:
All days will start at 0930 with a 1730 finish.
The Regional Squads for the South and the East are combined and based out of NIAC on the following dates:

Day 2: 17/11/07
Day 3: 15/12/07
The Regional Squads for the North are based out of Deeside North Wales Athletics Centre on the following dates:
Day 1: 27/10/07
Day 2: 17/11/07
Day 3: 08/12/07
The Regional Squads for the West are based out of Swansea Indoor Athletics Centre on the following dates:
