Snowdonia Marathon - 27th October
Organisers were going to put the race timing chips in the post today but the uncertainty over the strike has them them feeling that it would be safer not to. Raceahead have had a lot of problems at events over the past couple of weeks with runners having lost chips in the post.
The new plan, therefore is for an emergency registration procedure to be put in place. Runners will be able to pick up their numbers from Llanberis Community Centre from midday on the Friday until midnight and then again on Saturday morning from 06.00 until 10.00, the race starts at 10.30.
