Welsh Athletics would like to announce notification for nominations to the BBC Wales Unsung Hero/Arwr Tawel awards. Nominations close on Saturday 3 November, with the Wales winner being unveiled at BBC Wales Sports Personality of the Year at the Celtic Manor Resort on Sunday 2 December. He or she will then go on to represent Wales at the national event at the NEC in Birmingham on Sunday 9 December.
