WELSH INTER REGION CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIPS – CARDIFF SUNDAY, 9TH DECEMBER 2007

Would all athletes please note that the Welsh Inter Region Championships is the selection race for all matches in January.  Selection will follow these Championships and failure to run could result in athletes not being selected.
