The 2nd South & East Wales Regional Squad day takes place this Saturday (17th November) at UWIC.
The plan for the day is as follows:
09.45 - Arrive (please go to Cyncoed main campus reception, not NIAC)
10.00 to 13.00 - Nutrition Workshop (Delivered by Karen Reid) & Psychology Workshop (Delivered by Joy Bringer) please note workshops will be 90minutes each and attendees will do both.
Following the workshops there will be an opportunity for athletes and coaches to train in NIAC.
**please note that this is not compulsory and attendees are more than welcome to leave after the workshops, there will be no structured sessions and are not Regional Coach led, however some regional coaches may be available to interact / advice athletes and coaches where requested.**
