Affiliated Welsh clubs will be eligible to apply for club entries into for the 2008 Flora London Marathon, entries will be given according to the number of first claim members in the Club.
Applications must be made by the Club Secretary on official Club headed paper stating the number of first claim club members over the age of 18, which area the club is affiliated to (ie Welsh Athletics), the number of votes the club has at the AGM of its area association*, and the club secretaries contact details :

Your request for club entry forms must be received in the London Marathon office no later than the 23rd November 2007. Entry form(s) will be dispatched to eligible clubs, the chosen runner(s) will need to complete and return the entry form with payment. This must be received in the London Marathon offices no later than the 11th January 2008.
We do strongly recommend all correspondence to the London Marathon is sent registered/recorded delivery. It is the club secretaries' responsibility to ensure that the request for club entries has been received in the London marathon offices by the relevant closing date, and the runners to ensure the entry form has been received. Late entries will not be accepted under any circumstances.
* Welsh clubs votes at the Welsh Athletics AGM
- 1-100 members 2 voting representatives
- 101 -200 members 3 voting representatives
- 200+ members 4 voting members
