Dear Colleague
As you will be aware following a meeting of East Wales Officers, members and club representatives at Abergavenny Town Hall on 28 September 2007, an EGM was called for Friday 9 November 2007 at the Council Chambers, Abergavenny Town Hall at 7pm.
In line with the constitution, votes will be allocated in line with your club's current paid up membership. The number of votes allocated will be in line with the following:
Clubs with 1 to 100 paid up members of Welsh Athletics Ltd at the time of the AGM are allowed two voting representatives at the AGM.
Clubs with 101 to 200 paid up members of Welsh Athletics Ltd at the time of the AGM are allowed three voting representatives at the AGM.
Clubs with greater than 200 paid up members of Welsh Athletics Ltd at the time of the AGM are allowed four voting representatives at the AGM.
Please note that a representative can cast only one vote so it is important that you have enough representatives to utilise all of your club's allotted votes.

PLEASE NOTE: As at 2pm on Wednesday 7th November NO nominations for either Chair or Secretary have been received.
