Come along to enjoy one of the top 10k events in the UK. The course is flat, fast, traffic free and is ideal for setting a PB and what better place to set one than on the beautiful and scenic Millennium Coastal Path.

Bring the family; the "Family Fun Day" kicks off at 9:30 am and continues to 3:00 pm. Activities include kid's rides, bouncy castles, face painting, refreshments, and look out for a special appearance by S4C's Super Ted and Sali Mali. We look forward to seeing you in June
