MARTIN REES GOES FOR WORLD RECORD
Wales take on the North, South and the Midlands in the inter area match in the Great Manchester Run 10k on Sunday. Marc Hobbs leads the Welsh team of 6 men and is hoping for a good performance and is joined in the Welsh team for the first time by his twin brother Lewys who will be looking for a personal best time after some excellent races lately.
The womens team of 3 is led by Mel Ellis who is on her way back from a back injury.
The course which is fast and flat and loaded with a very strong field, will hopefully produce some fast times.
Martin Rees is alsotraveling with the Welsh team and is hoping to break the world Masters 55 record.
