2008 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
PRELIMINARY NOTICE
The Annual General Meeting of Welsh Athletics Limited will be held at the Kinmel Manor Hotel, Abergele on Saturday 25th October 2008 starting at 1pm.
The meeting will consider any valid motions that are submitted by the 12th September 2008.

Mountain Running
Road Running
Officials
Coaching
Development
Nominations for delegates to the organisations on which the Company is entitled to be represented:
Commonwealth Games Council for Wales:
Company Executive (1)
AGM (3)
Welsh Sports Association (1)
Patrons
If there is more than one nomination for any of these offices then an election will take place at the AGM.
Nominations for all offices by a club or association must be seconded by another club or association.
Evidence that a person is prepared to hold office will be required plus the full address of the person being nominated.
Nominations must reach the Welsh Athletics office by the 12th September, 2008.
