Four-time Olympian Christian Malcolm was on hand to demonstrate the importance of athletics skills for other sports as he gave a sprinting masterclass to the England cricket team.

The cricketers, in Cardiff to play their first one-day International against South Africa, were treated to some of the secrets that propelled the Welsh Athletics legend to the 200m semi-finals of the London 2012 Olympic Games.

Whether Christian was also discussing an alternative career to switch the 200m bend for the cricket crease when his running days are over is still a secret, but judging by the picture below, the England players enjoyed the visit of our Champion.
