It is with great sadness that Welsh Athletics reports the passing of Howard Brown.

Howard has been involved in athletics for many years and was an active member of the Les Croupiers club in Cardiff. Howard reguarly helped officiate and was still a keen runner himself.

There will be a tribute to the contribution Howie has made, both competitively, and on a personal level, this Thursday at Les Croupiers, following their club announcements.
