400m hurdles young gun Paul Bennett is back with some good news about his 2012 season.

I’m back again! First of all, I set a new PB in the 200m on Sunday in Derby! It's only by 0.01, a small PB, but a PB nonetheless. I also realised what I need to work on for the 400m Hurdles and where I can gain. I have got the race plan in my head now so just have to execute it.

Big weekend this weekend being the Welsh Champs! I had an amazing weeks training, with PBs again and a great hurdling session on Thursday. I will be running on the Monday in the 400m hurdles at 11.30 if you want to come watch? I can’t wait for it, but at the same time it’s a big race.

I went down to watch the first day and there were some big performances! Rhys Knapman (@K_man200) massive PB in the 100m final - 10.66! Chris Hill also in the final with another sub 11 - Well done guys! I hope I can follow you on Monday!

I went down the track today (Sunday) to watch again in the horrible Welsh weather. I am going to chill for the rest of the day now and get prepared for the race tomorrow! I’ll get back to you after the Welsh Champs to let you know how it went! @paul400mhurdler
