Athletics clubs affiliated with Welsh Athletics can apply for club entries into the 2013 Virgin London Marathon. The number of entries given to each club is based on the number of first claim registered members over the age of 18 the club has. Here's what your club needs to do:

How does my club apply?

For the 2013 event the entry system for club entries have gone online.

Club secretaries must apply for club entries below not later than 5pm on the 16th November 2012. If the application is successful, they will be sent an email confirming this with a link, allowing the club to register and send their chosen runners an email to allow them to register and pay for their entry.

Runners must have completed their online entry form and paid for their entry no later than 5pm on 18th January 2013. It is the club Secretary's responsibility to ensure their runners have completed their online entry form, as failure to do so by the closing date will result in the entry not being accepted.
