The foundation day aims to give our young athletes the opportunity to come together and develop and gain technical and physical knowledge of the event group. One of the most important areas within these Foundation Days is the development of the throws community and the coaches / future coaches and volunteers that sit within the South and East regions.
The Foundation Day is open to all coaches and parents and encourage this across all the development throws initiatives.
