It's Mental Health Awareness week, so British Race Walking Champion Bethan Davies shares with us how sports has helped her.
"Sport and being active has had a massive positive impact on my mental health. It allows me to switch off and to switch on. It gives me time to myself and time with my friends. It allows me to explore the world around me and to explore myself. It builds up my resilience and self belief. It challenges me daily, expanding my limits. And most importantly it has given me a community, both local and global, a community who understand, respect, support and laugh with each other."
