The Annual General Meeting of Welsh Athletics Limited will be held at the Metropole Hotel, Llandrindod Wells, on Saturday, 27 October 2012, commencing at 1 pm. Refreshments will be available from midday.

All affiliated clubs are reminded that, if they have not already done so, they are required to appoint a Company Member who will attend and vote on their behalf. Should the appointed member be unable to attend in person, a proxy may be nominated. In the absence of such member, clubs will be ineligible to vote at the AGM.

Notification of Company Members, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Welsh Athletics Ltd., is required by 5 October 2012.
