Welsh Athletics are pleased to be able to offer the following coach education opportunities in May, June and July;

• Leadership in Running Fitness – Sunday 20^th May (Haverford West)

• Coaching Assistant – Saturday 19^th and Sunday 20^th May (North Wales)

Course Code WACA8

• Coaching Assistant – Saturday 9^th and Sunday 10^th June (Carmarthen)

Course Code WACA9

• Athletics Coach – Saturday 21^st July, Sunday 22^nd July and Saturday 1^st September

Course Code WAAC3

These courses are part of the UK Athletics formal coach education system, providing coaches with the taught knowledge to begin supporting coaches, working with athletes and developing their coaching skills.

Booking for each of these courses is simply achieved by returning the application form to Dave Goodger, Coaching Development Manager. Upon receipt of the booking form you will receive a confirmation email and the pre-course pack. For the Athletics Coach course the pre- requisite is a UKA Level 1 or 2 qualification or to have completed a Coaching Assistant course.
