Wales will be sending representative teams to the McCain Liverpool Cross Challenge on November 24th. Teams of four U20 Men and four U20 Women will compete at the event which also forms the Great Britain team trials for the European Championships.

Athletes who wish to be considered are encouraged to compete in early season Cross Country fixtures to prove their fitness.

The team will be selected after the McCain Bristol Cross Challenge with the first two males / females in that event gaining automatic selection and a further two male / female athletes being selected on current form.
