Based at the Redwick Village Hall, near the Rose Inn pub, Redwick, this is a fast, flat 4 mile road race series, which takes place on Tuesday summer evenings (May, June, July and August).

The race comprises 2 laps of the course.

• Starts at 7.30pm
• Entry on the night £7 affiliated, £9 unaffiliated
• £5 discount for entering series
• Free parking
• Free drink to all finishers
• Beer Garden and a BBQ on the night
