Significant changes were made to the Governance structure in 2008 and the key governance documents were amended and agreed at that year’s Annual General Meeting.

The Governance sub-group of the Board has continued to revise and amend the key documents with a view to improving the overall governance of Welsh Athletics. All amendments are presented to the General Council for consideration and then to the Members at the AGM for approval.
